Testimonials on economic disadvantage from District or local administration office, high-school Principal, appropriate government administrators or previous university; 2. Medical report on the type and degree of disability, if any; 3. Letter from District/local Police Office regarding their civility, clean criminal record; 4. Testimonial about orphan status from District/local Administrator’s Office, if applicable; 5. Testimonial about voluntary community/school/university engagement and leadership from their District/local Administrator’s Office/High School Principal/previous university; 6. Testimonial about club and association participation and leadership 7. Testimonials about employment status and salary from employers' office 8. Two reference letters from previous university teachers who know the applicant for reasonable time and attesting to their academic ability and extracurricular engagements; 9.
